The principle of heat pipe: The heat pipe is filled with a special liquid heat transfer medium. When there is a temperature difference between the two ends of the heat pipe, the liquid at the evaporating end will quickly vaporize, bringing the heat to the condensing end. The greater the temperature difference between the two ends, the greater the evaporation rate. This heat conduction method can prevent the heat from accumulating in the heat-generating part, but evenly dissipate it to each aluminum fin of the heat sink, which greatly improves the heat conduction performance of the heat sink.
Heat pipe cooling mainly includes the following six interrelated main processes:
(1). Heat is transferred from the heat source to the (liquid-steam) interface through the heat pipe wall and the wick filled with working liquid;
(2). The liquid evaporates on the (liquid-vapor) interface in the evaporation section;
(3). The steam in the steam chamber flows from the evaporation section to the condensation section;
(4). The steam in the condensation section. condensation on the liquid interface;
(5). Heat is transferred from the (vapor-liquid) interface to the cold source through the wick, liquid and tube wall;
(6). In the wick, the condensed working liquid is returned to the evaporation section due to capillary action;
